Last week, Jonathan and I went to see the status of the community kitchen. It is about halfway to completion. The next steps are: Flooring, plastering walls, installing windows and doors and putting up wall pipes to run the electricity through.
As we wait for a response from the WHE committee, Kivulini has agreed to forward the funds for the next steps of constuction.
We will be sending the community contract this week.
